Formation of Retired Development Officers’ Association ( E.Z.).
Long cherished dream of our beloved Ex. Zonal Secretary Sri Sushil Kumar Chakraborty came into reality after prolonged struggle since 2001 that LIC’S Retired Development Officers’ Welfare Association (E.Z.) was formed on 08.10.2005 with the members of four allied Divisions mainly from KMD-I, KMD-II, KSD & HOWRAH in presence of our Zonal Secretary Sri Susanta Samaddar.

Swapan Kumar Chakraborty was born at Narkeldanga, Kolkata in 1950. Schooling: Chittaranjan High School at Kasba where he did his H.S. level studies, passed out in 1966.
