Our New President

Sri Sourendra Lal De was born on 12th February 1948 at Krishnagar in Nadia District. He studied in Krishnagar High School up to S.F. leval.and graduated from Krishnagar Govt. College in 1967. He joined LIC as an Agent in Krishnagar Branch and after two & half year,he joined as a PDO in the same Branch in 1973. He was the Branch Secretary after confirmation. After that he was the Joint Secretary of undivided Calcutta Division under the Leadership of the Great Sushil Kumar Chakraborty , after 1984 he was members of undivided Zonal Executive Committee & last of all he was selected as a member National Executive in 1986-87. As an officer of LICI ,he was posted in 5 Division in Eastern Zone in different caders and retired as Principal of KOL: STC from 1st March 2008. After retirement he joined in our Association as a life member after getting an invitation from Sushil Da Sri S.L De was Vice President from 2008-9 to 2016, he was elected President on 16.1.2017. He also attached with many organisation like Lion's International, ISCON,,Retired class 1 association, Nadia District Consumer forum etc.
