Ghatsila

         

On 17 th May to 19 th May 2022 , we have visited a short period tour to Ghatsila by Ispat Express from Howrah to Ghatsila and back. We stayed at "Arryanak " Resort,it was beautifully designed with flowers and others trees, and behind a long hilly areas with dense forests. The accomodation and foods were very impressed. We arranged some sightseeing with the AC cars to the different important tourist places. Total tour was conducted by Sri Achintya Sengupta with the abale assistant by Sri G. K. Maji . Hat's off to them. We retured with a colourful dreams. Our Association arranged the tour.

Garh Panchkot

         

On 21st June 2019  we the 33 family members of LICs Ex Development Officers Welfare Association (EZ) went to explore the ancient ruins of Bargi attack places of 18th century. The Garhpanchkot.  It is situated at the end of Purulia District near Mithon ,Jharkand.We visited the Garh,Joy chandi hill and the Temple on the Top.Dams,lakes,Pancheet hills,lake,the hydro power project ,Mithon lake, Melaneum park, and Kalyanesswari Temple.We also visited the great Boronti lake with her huge  surroundings. We stayed at WBFDC(Govt.of WB) forest Banglo.Fully AC.accomodation We got to &fro AC Black diamond ,and reserved AC car from station to forest destination and return.and also for sight seeing purpose. We enjoyed good food every day. On Saturday we arranged a get-together function at our lounge amonge our members.

Our Puri Tour.

On 26th November 2018,a group of 27 of our Association with their family members went to puri for family get together excursion. We stayed at Hotel New Sea hawked at New marine Drive Road in front of sea beach. Very good accommodation with beautiful foods were served. On 28th we visited the renowned Jagannath Temple for offering our best regards to Sri Jagannath,Baloram and Subhadra. We visited the Sea beach frequently.Next day we went to RaghuRaj pur ,a village of Patha chitra , beautiful paintings, sculpture, wallpaintings were available there. We also visited the tomb of Great saint Tothapuriji,and a big garden of a Saint. Gupta Brindabon .We saw many pictures , sculptures,and statchus of different God and Goddess of Ramayana, it was a beautiful experience for us.We returned on 30th by Dhuli Express. The whole excursion was beautiful and our all members were very much satisfied due to the able organiser of our association Sri G.k.Maji and Sri Achintya Sengupta. Hat's off to them

Digha, Tajpur, Talsari an unique sea beaches

On 21st March 2017, a huge team of 35 family members of our association reached Digha by Duronta Express from Howrah station. We stayed there at the big palatial building of West Bengal Tourism Development Corporation at old Digha.We provide all ac super deluxe , ac deluxe rooms for our members. In the evening,almost all members visited the colourful lighting with decorated new sea shore and enjoying the waves after waves with roaring sound of the sea. Next day after taking breakfast, We visited one by one the vast area of Tajpur beach,and the virgin beach of Udaypur by car, We took our lunch outside and came back to our Hotel for one hour rest, and again at 3pm we started for Talsari. It is a beautiful natural sea beach in front of Bay of Bengal.After sometime,we went to see the Great temple of Chandaneswer,the place belongs to Balasore District in Orissa.It is a beautiful temple of Lord Shiba, The temple is an ancient piece of archaeology. We came back to the hotel at 7-30 pm. On that evening a Seminar on " Heart" by Dr Kobita Mukherjee , organized by our association successfully at the hotel.as per the idea of Dr Bimal Chagger of Mumbay. was a type of participating conversation. and there after one Quiz Contest among the Lady members conductrd by sri Tapash Ghosal and prizes were distributed among participants. Smt.Ruchira Sen got the highest honour followed by Smt Munjusree Saha. Finaly the function ended with the beautiful songs by Smt.Kaberi Banerjee.with her capable life partner Sri Prasanta Kumar Banerjee.. This is the first time ,we arranged different activities and varietas in our short spell. The compilation and successful completion of the tour was possible only for the Jewels of our organisation Sri Gangesh kr Maji and Sri Achintya Sengapta. Hats Off to them.

OUR FAMILY GET TOGETHER AT SAGAR ISLAND ON 29 TH AND 30 TH JULY 2016

This year we planned for a trip to the holy Island Tour and get together in the Great Island of Ganga Sagar. We started from Dharmotala Bus Stand at 8.30 a.m. The us was arrange by our enthusiastic member Sri Achinta Sengupta. Breakfast was served to bus and more or less 3.30 hrs journey help us to reach Hardwood Point and from there to sail across Muri Ganga through vessel and finally by magic car we reached Ganga Sagar at 1.15 p.m.
We stayed at youth hostel banglow of Govt. of West Bengal in front of Kapil Muni's Ashram. Good accommodation and choiceable food provided by nearby restaurant to members.
25 family members of our association visited the historic places of Gangasagar like Kapil Muni's Ashram, local shops, light house ,fist harbor, endless seacoast and a virgin sea beach etc.
A very special get together and participating function of songs, poems, recitation was arranged by the members and family members in the consecutive two nights.
All members enjoyed the three days and two nights memorable journey remember for good to their life.

VIJOYA GETTOGETHER
We have arranged a special musical hunt on 14th October 2016 as a Vijaya get together in our office. Members joined there for music, fun, recitation, food etc. Beautiful music presented by Sri Chiranjit Guha , then P.K. Banerjee  and many others. Sri Bidyut Mazumdar played a one act Drama and we have also heard a beautify recitation from Sri Shyamal Dasgupta. Heavy foods and sweets were distributed to the members. Over 50 members participated in the function. Sri Santosh Sarkar and Sri Utpal Chakraborty donated Rs. 1500/- & Rs.1000/- respectably. Hats off to them.

PROGRAMME
On 28th November 2016 our 38 family members of our team went to see the Jhargram, beautiful Jungle Mahal of West Midnapore. First day we have visited the Medicinal Botanical Garden (Veshoj Uddan) Deer Park a mini zoo, and Rajbari the royal palace of king Malladeb, basically came from Rajputana Maharaj Sarbeswar Singh, who defeated the tribal Mallas and take the title of Malladeb. On 29th and 30th we visited Lodhasuli, Garur Rashini - hill top mandir, Tara Pheni barrage and river. We participated in the picnic for lunch in the bank of Tara Pheni river in between Ghagra at Jungle Mahal. We also visited Kanak Durga Temple at Chilki Garh and Sabitri Mandir in nearby areas.
We arranged two musical night programme one in Rajbari and other in Tourist Lodge. Huge number of members like Sri P.K. Banerjee, Sri Dipankar Chakraborty, Smt Manjushree Saha, Smt Kajol Saha and on the second day Sri Chiranjit Guha, Sri P.K. Banerjee, Sri Tapas Ghosal and many others. Miss Itineela Chakraborty - daughter of Sri Utpal Chakraborty described the total history of Jhargram Raj family and about their kingdom in the beginning of the function. It was a marvelous speech which spell bound the audience for a long time. Hats off to Itineela. Last but not the least Sri Sanjib Sarkar Ex-General Secretary Kharagpur, (NF) hypnotize us by his charming voice in a solo performance. He also help us in every aspect to make our tour a grand success.
